Letta has a fully automatic, environmentally friendly (lead-free, RoHS compliant) electronic production facility based on SMT (surface mount technology). This facility is used in both prototyping and mass production.
The production facility has the following components:

- SMD reflow oven with 6 temperature zones
- Conveyors
- Automatic TH wave soldering machine
- Antistatic environment
